E-commerce Assistant (Shopee) Administration and processing of online orders on E-commerce platforms such as Shopee
Plan, strategize and execute online growth plan through pricing strategies, product presentations, effective positioning of products, sales promotions, deals, give away, marketplace listing optimizations & product range expansion to achieve sales target
Daily monitor and reply customer inquiries appropriately across Shopee platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best-practices
Able to manage and promote online platform sales, closing deal, handle customer enquiry and provide after sales service to solve customer technical issue.
Daily monitor on product reviews / ratings and reply to queries to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordination of packing & arrangement on the shipment base on our Logistics;
Product Shooting, Upload product details, including product titles, descriptions, prices, images, and specifications and maintaining all the SKUs selection on the shopee platform
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualifications with credits in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Good knowledge in working with E-commerce portal such as Shopee,
Able to adapt to a fast paced working environment with tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills in email, customer enquiries and feedbacks.
Ability to work well under pressure, detail oriented and has strong logical and critical thinking to solve problems.
Able to work independently.
WORKING DAY : MONDAY TO SATURDAY
WORKING HOURS : MON TO FRIDAY
- 30AM - 5.30PM
SATURDAY = 8.30 AM - 12.30 PM
