Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for stock arrangements, stock count, and stock checking for restocking and inventory
  • Cover the e-commerce operations activities such as Receiving, Picking and Packing, and Shipping to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Pick & pack parcels (Process e-commerce orders - prepare airway bills for picking, packing, and printing)
  • Verify the accuracy of product codes and quantities before packaging.
  • Day-to-day management to process all orders through the marketplace (Shopee, TikTok) daily sales into the companys POS system.
  • Fulfilling customer's inquiries about returns/refunds/wrong items.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as assigned an ad hoc basic
  • Able to work independently and to provide support to director.

Job Requirements

  • Main job is E-commerce Assistant cum PA
  • Min SPM or Diploma
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace ( Sheets, Gmail, etc) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc) and basic computer skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in an e-commerce, retail, Admin or PA role is preferred.
