Job Description:- Able to manage online ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and etc.
Assist in daily e-commerce operations accurately and effectively.- Manage product listings, including writing product descriptions, uploading product images, updating inventory levels and etc.
Support and execute promotion plans and campaigns
- Order Processing and Refunds: Handling orders from placement to delivery and refunds to customers.
Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, or feedback via chat in Shopee/Lazada/Website/etc.- Overseeing the order process from placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Manage physical inventory and housekeeping for e-commerce stocks
