  • Key Responsibilities:
Identify Customer Needs: Proactively identify and assess customers needs to ensure satisfaction and improve service delivery.
Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or online chat, providing accurate information and solutions.Process Customer Orders: Handle the processing of customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Fulfill Customer Orders: Ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly and maintain accurate stock balance.
Resolve Customer Issues: Quickly and effectively address customer complaints and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain Customer Interaction Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all communication is accurately documented.Provide Product and Service Information: Offer detailed information about company products and services to customers.
  • Follow Up with Customers: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure that customer issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
Collaborate with Other Departments: Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service processes.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry developments to provide informed responses to customers.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Skills: Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.Personality: Extroverted, friendly, patient, and empathetic, with a passion for the beauty and health industry. Cat-lovers are a plus.
