Job Responsibilities:- Handle ecommerce order taking and respond to customer in chat.
Contact Customer to confirm on delivery date and time.- Key in order into company website.
Handle complaints and feedback from customers.
- Handle outstation delivery and normal delivery.
Liase with marketing team on current available delivery slots.- Arrange route of delivery using Google Maps.
Liase with all delivery riders on daily jobs and problem..
Minimum Diploma/Degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or Ecommerce (Tiktok/Shopee).
Able to work in Taman Equine Seri Kembangan.- Experience in handling Microsoft Excel and Google Maps.
Able to work in a team.
- Working time, Monday-Saturday (830am-430pm) (45 Hours)
