Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • To manage e-commerce daily order fulfilment for all online platforms.
To coordinate with relevant department to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
  • To assist in resolving order related problems, including delay deliveries, return & refund inquiries.
Job Requirement :

Possess at least Diploma in Business Studies and Administration or equivalent. At least 1 year working experience in E-Commerce environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • Performance bonus


Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
