Job Description
As an e-business Hub Co-ordinator - you will provide the following support to a Regional ebusiness acceleration hub teams for a leading FMCG brand.
Key SPOC for 1-2 key FMCG category for all operational/ strategic level related discussions.
Key SPOC for all projects flows / market calls / Maturity Mapping documentation & standardisation across the ebusiness hub.
Drive regular communication exchange with Regional / global teams to drive sharing & learning.
Indepth Digital Maturity study of 1-2 brand categories.
Collaborate with the capability adoption leads to prepare a single documentation view for all adoption leads to work, collaborate and manage weekly/monthly tasks.
Co-ordinate with internal capability leads (CRM, Data, Media, Website, Tech) to track and update the status of use cases / regional deployment strategies across hub/markets within the region.
Operationalise communication, launch timelines in terms of Regional Guidance.
Maintain the hub sharepoint for all marketing Communications.
Continuous improvement development and implementation including potential new collaboration tools.
Run weekly alignment calls internally to ensure clear communication of priorities.
Run monthly deep dive calls Operational reporting.
Accountable / Development of sharing platforms - set up key reports/operational principles.
Lead Market Status Reporting to improve adoption/performance of new capabilities.
Co-ordination of Agency evaluation and creation/monitoring of action plan.
Own regional training / on-boarding plan.
Day to-day
Create project schedules that include timelines estimates and resources involved.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants / clients if needed.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Stake holder management & hub communications.
Qualifications
5 - 7 years in marketing in an agency with significant project experience in the Digital space.
Extensive marketing knowledge across media, including Mobile and Social.
Strong project management experience.
Previous experience in co-ordinating global or regionally dispersed network teams.
Strong digital and data fluency, with proven capability in delivering projects with excellence.
Strong collaborator and influencer - will need to work closely with global, regional and local multi-disciplinary teams as well as partner agencies.
Experience working with many markets / international client experience is a plus!
