The Position
We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Center either in San Jos, Budapest or Malaysia . The Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) organization provides services to the Roche organization out of our Headquarters in Basel / Kaiseraugst and the three strategic locations: Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Budapest (Hungary) and San Jos (Costa Rica). This is a recently established and rapidly growing global organization with a follow-the-sun ambition to support Roche affiliates and Global functions worldwide. Digital Experience Platform (DXP) is a dedicated team in RSS within GCX, focused on delivering enhanced experience-centric services across the whole Roche organization, by enabling innovative solutions to ensure support excellence. Our team consists of technical, process and operational support professionals who collaborate with teams across Roche and with key 3rd party vendors, to define, create and provide support solutions for our customer facing organizations.
We are looking for a Knowledge Management manager responsible to manage and optimize the organization's knowledge assets. Specifically developing and implementing knowledge management processes to improve productivity, collaboration, and decision-making within the organization.
This role will interact with local and global IT functions across the Informatics ecosystem, as well as with Finance & Procurement related stakeholders to align, adopt and improve the KM process across the GCX organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration among employees through various channels such as training programs, communities of practice, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

- Language Skills: Fluent/Bilingual in English, and a second language. Any other language is an asset
- Personal Skills: Strong process mindset, with the ability to think analytically and collaboratively. Self managed and operational involvement
- Academic Background & Experience: 2 years of successful experience in a comparable position managing and supporting similar processes in a multinational environment, mainly in a virtual setup . Prefer to have ITIL or any Knowledge Management framework certification, Scrum and agile methodologies understanding
