SCOPE- Maintenance all electrical equipment.
Check and repair any kind of motor, control system, and magnetic starter.- Know how to change the bearing, carbon brush, bushing and main shaft of motor.
Repair all lighting equipment, starting control, motor etc.
- Report all meter researching and know how to use tester meter.
Repair all lighting equipment guest room.
- Repair dimmer controls in varied area.
Installations all electrical for other special functions.- Check and repair all electrical starting control of motor and equipment.
Check and maintain switchboards, MATV, PABX, and motors etc.
- Change all lighting in public area and repair as necessary.
Responsible for daily maintenance order.
- PRODUCT AND SERVICE QUALITY
Complete job cards for the preventive maintenance program.- Maintenance all electrical equipment such as switchboards, motors, and equipment.
Repair and installation all electrical equipment.
- Attend to all electrical repair orders.
Assist in all general works of the department as required.
Know how electric and PABX, MATV work.- Experience in operating electrician degree.
Experience in motor control circuit.
- Know how to calculate the local of electrical equipment, demand charge, and to repair and maintenance high voltage transformer and switchgear.
Know how energy conservation.
