RESPONSIBILITIES:To ensure front office team deliver the hotel standard and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Greets the VIP guests of the hotel. As directed by the Front Office Manager, performs .- Ensuring hotel guest are registered in accordance with front office policies and procedures.
To ensure front office team are aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.- Responsible to checking billing instructions, permanent folios and monitor guest credit.
Support and assist front office team at front desk during peak periods.
- Check on registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled in the system.
Assist in handling room lock problems.- Prepared and checks for VIP arrival.
Handling guest complaints and other related problem and records on the logbook.
- Answer guest inquires, handle complaints and attend to the need of the guest.
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
- Good administration skill and team spirit.
