Job Description: - To ensure front office team deliver the hotel standard and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Ensuring hotel guest are registered in accordance with front office policies and procedures.- To ensure front office team are aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.
Responsible to checking billing instructions, permanent folios and monitor guest credit.
- Support and assist front office team at front desk during peak periods.
Check on registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled in the system.- Assist in handling room lock problems.
Prepared and checks for VIP arrival.
- Handling guest complaints and other related problem and records on the logbook.
Answer guest inquires, handle complaints and attend to the need of the guest.
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management or any related.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in the hotel hotel industry.
Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skill.- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
Good administration skill and team spirit.
- Fluent in both oral and written - English & Bahasa Melayu.
