To run 3 shifts 24/- Responsible to operate and check all mechanical plant equipment, ACMV, P&D, STP, Fire, Electrical Plant HT, LV System.
Control system, lighting, communication (BMS, Faade lighting, CMS, TMS & IP system).
- To maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency all plant and facility.
Responsible for the cleanliness and safety aspects of all plant and mechanical equipment room.- To establish and maintain department equipment and supply inventory level appropriate to property requirements.
To ensure operating standard adhere to best practice as well as regulatory standards.
- To maintain, monitor and test building's emergency and security system, feature like fire alarm pumps, fire control panel, pressurization etc.
To ensure property, grounds, physical plant and work areas are maintain to standard and that all safety equipment and condition are to code.- To ensure the maintenance schedule are being carried out accordingly.
Responsible for quality service day-to-day operations.
- Quick response & full responsible during emergency situation.
To carry out daily routine checks on the building common areas and services areas.- To carry out daily walkabout inspection around the building and defects rectification works.
Good cooperation and not discriminating, culture, race, ethnicity.
- Responsible to all the related reports to be submit to Assistant Chief Engineer review such as Tenants Meter Readings, Operation Monthly Reports, PPM Reports & all others report related to Operation Engineering.
Follow up on the outstanding defects to minimize the operation down time.
