Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Lead packaging design projects from concept through production, ensuring designs align with brand standards and market trends.
  • Develop and refine branding materials, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual identities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive and innovative branding strategies.
  • Guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction to ensure high-quality design outputs.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, tools, and technologies related to packaging and branding design.

Job Requirements

  • Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate.
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with 3D design software.
  • Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create designs that communicate the desired message to the target audience.
  • Knowledge of print and production processes to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies relevant to packaging and branding.
