Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Works closely with other members in the team and highlights all items relating to safety quality and efficiency.
  • Artwork support:
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Create / convert print-ready files for production, ensuring correct size, resolution, color profiles, fonts and image files are included.
  • Support and assist our online & general supports.
  • Receiving inbound calls and emails from customers regarding artwork, sales or enquiries

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education level is SPM
  • Language requirement is English and Mandarin
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Experience in Printing industry (at least 2 years) as advantage
  • Interested involving in Printing Production Environment
  • Able to multi-tasking & handle stress during rushing deadline
  • Have flexibility to draft idea to expand business
  • Preferably candidate available immediately
  • Provide training
  • Own transport
