Manage client accounts by maintaining close productive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continuing contracts
Managing of project briefing, proposals & presentations
Manage clients projects through coordination with the team and ensure quality delivery
Coordinating day-to-day communications between creative team and clients
Prepare Contact Reports and Work-in-Progress sheets for all meetings
Making sure that your projects/campaigns run smoothly and have strong problem-solving ability
She/he is responsible for client satisfaction, account revenue growth, and overall business profitability in services delivery
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least degree/diploma in Business Studies/Administration/International Business/Marketing/Mass Communication/Advertising or equivalent
Candidates that contain 1 year or above working experience in the business development/client servicing/tele-marketing field will be priority
Fluent in English (written and verbal), and Mandarin are preferred because the role requires interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Possess own transport and willing to travel regularly
