Job Summary : Be the HR supporting team member in managing the office administration as well as providing transportation service to the company's management in a most efficient and timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SPM with at least 2 years working experience as a driver.
Have a valid driving license.
Job Description :- Responsible for driving Company owned vehicles for transporting Managing Directors, Directors, Manager or guests and other travel assignments.
Bear full responsibility for any traffic or parking summonses issued during the performance of driving duties.
- Ensure that the Company vehicle is maintained according to standard maintenance schedule.
Regular checks on the engine fluid lever, water level, battery condition, tire pressure should be carried out and any irregular findings are to be immediately report.- Maintain the Company car's cleanliness and ensure its functionality.
Ensure collection and delivery of goods or documents are made on timely manner and in good condition.
- Running office errands e.g : bills payment, bank errands, post office errands, deliver external mails and etc.
Transport the company's employees and visitors/guests as and when required by your superior or Head of Department.- Assists in Administration functions as and when the demand arises.
Assist the HR Manager / Executives on the ad hoc as at when required.
