Job Responsibility Develop and prepare architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches and specifications.- Experienced in preparing submission drawings for local Authority Approval (KM Development Plan, Building Plan, etc)
Well versed in local Authority requirements (Uniform Building By-Laws and Planning Guideline).
- Assist Head of Department in delivering the projects until final completion.
Experienced in preparing full set of Construction drawings and details- Able to identify potential operational issues in the drawings and resolve with creative ideas
Utilize BIM to analyse potential design solutions for building services clashes
- Experienced in Consultant coordination by taking various Consultant input, and coordinating into a full set of Finalized Coordinated Drawings.
Experience in 3D design software would be an advantage.- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Building Construction or equivalent.- At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields.

- Requires skills: REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office
Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin in both verbal and writing.- Self-motivated and result oriented with good interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently to maintain high standard and accuracy.
