This exceptional role will involve leading a team in the thriving and progressive technology hub of Batu Kawan. Your key objective will be to ensure outstanding yield, quality, and efficiency in the throughput of our DRAM products, while strictly adhering to our high standards.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Lead a team to:

• Ensure products meet or exceed all yield, quality, and timeline commitments
• Debug, identify root causes, and develop solutions for failures through electrical failure analysis (EFA) and data analysis
• Develop, analyze, and optimize test flows in partnership with Test and Probe
• Protect customer experience by partnering with QA to address customer returns
• Monitor yields and verify that yields meet projections
• Ensure that Silicon Meets Product Expectations
• Prioritize and find opportunities for efficiency and technical improvements

Technical Skillsets:

• Familiarity with DRAM operations and applications such as SSD and DIMMs
• Knowledge of logic gates and transistor operations
• Knowledge of semiconductor process
• Programming ability

Location :

• This role requires an initial few months of training in Penang, Malaysia, followed by a permanent relocation to Gujarat, India

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related teams
• Minimum 3 years experience in leading a team of at least 5 people
• Work experience from a related industry
