JOB DESCRIPTION:- Liaising and coordinate with project coordinator / consultant to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
Work closely with project coordinator to integrate subcontractor programs into the master plan schedule.- Collecting structural materials required for designs.
Calculating dimensions, weight limitations, and measurements for designs.
- Drafting designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software Sketch Up.
Creating diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs.- Adjusting drawings according to the feedback.
Ensuring designs comply with company regulations and quality standards.
- Setting up drawing formats and configuration files.
Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the construction field is required for this position.- Excellent knowledge and skills in AutoCAD and Sketch Up
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem.- Able to work at the office and construction site.
Able to meet deadline.
