We are looking for a Domain Service Support Specialist to secure site lease management as part of customer service fulfilment and operations & field support for a major telecommunications service provider.
The scope of management includes rentals, lease renewal, routine billing processing and support service operations.
To establish a centralised support service operation for billing management as part of customer service fulfilment.
- Handle tenancy agreements, negotiation, rental payment, site permitting, and licensing of telecommunication network site/facilities.
Focus on improvement of support service operation.- Secure Escalation support for Service surveillance and Field service.
Ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
Degree/Diploma in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of Network Architecture in technologies of 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G
General Mobile Telecommunications knowledge with experience in site acquisition, property management, site utility management, licensing, and permit.- KPI and financial analysis
Analytical and automation capabilities
- Basic understanding and working knowledge of payment methodologies, real estate agreements.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint- Able to work with Power BI
Ability to multitask.
