Job Responsibility
Document Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communication Handling: Draft and respond to routine business correspondence, emails, and other communications to ensure effective information transfer.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and organize meetings, prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on meeting resolutions.
- Schedule Management: Assist in managing the superior's schedule, coordinate and arrange appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
- Visitor Reception: Welcome and assist clients and visitors, providing necessary information and support.
- Office Equipment Maintenance: Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Information Dissemination: Relay information between team members and departments to keep everyone informed of relevant situations and arrangements.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other assigned tasks as needed to support daily operations and assist superiors in completing their work.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Possess SPM, diploma, degree, or higher qualifications in any relevant field.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with strong persuasive interpersonal skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle various challenges effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer operations and numerical processing, with the ability to efficiently use office software and related tools.
- Goal-Oriented: Focused on achieving targets, able to work efficiently under pressure to meet goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and accurately.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, able to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment.
- Learning Ability: Highly motivated and a fast learner, capable of quickly adapting to new knowledge and skills.
- Character and Attitude: Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good work ethics with a collaborative team spirit.
