Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough review and analysis of legal documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality.
- Identify key information, issues, and facts within documents to support litigation and investigation efforts.
- Tag and categorize documents based on relevance and other review criteria.
- Collaborate with legal team members to ensure accurate and consistent document review practices.
- Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to handle high-volume document reviews.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in law (LLB) (include fresh law graduates or just called to the bar).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required.
- Experience with document discovery or investigations is helpful, but training is provided.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
