WHAT DO WE NEED YOU TO DO- Organize, manage, and maintain sales documents, including contracts, proposals, invoices, and correspondence.
Ensure all sales documentation is correctly filed and categorized for easy retrieval.- Assist in updating and maintaining sales records in our CRM and document management systems.
Support the sales team in preparing and reviewing sales documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Track and manage document revisions, ensuring the most current versions are always available.
Help with the preparation of reports and presentations by gathering and organizing necessary documents and data.- Collaborate with the sales team to improve document management processes and ensure efficient workflow.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Information Management, or a related field.- Fresh graduate are encouragely to apply.
