Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Document and reporting Compliance (DRC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a deep understanding of the Malaysia market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP DRC implementations, compliance requirements, and data retention policies specific to Malaysia. This role involves leading SAP DRC projects, providing expert guidance, and ensuring that our clients SAP environments comply with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP DRC implementation projects for clients in the Malaysia market.
Provide expert advice on SAP DRC solutions, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Conduct detailed analysis of clients data retention needs and develop tailored SAP DRC solutions.
Ensure SAP DRC solutions comply with Malaysia-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with clients to define data retention policies and procedures.
Configure and customize SAP DRC modules to meet clients specific needs.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure proper understanding and use of SAP DRC solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP DRC developments and Malaysia's regulatory landscape.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP DRC-related issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 implemetation experience in SAP DRC implementations, with a focus on the Malaysia market.
Deep understanding of Malaysia-specific data retention and compliance requirements.
Strong proficiency in SAP DRC modules and related technologies.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering SAP DRC projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules is a plus.
Professional certifications in SAP DRC or related fields are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with multinational clients and managing cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of other SAP compliance and governance solutions.
Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations in Malaysia.
