Distributor Operation System Analyst
Assisting in coordination, implementation and documentation of DMS and Sales Force Automation (SFA)
Work closely with Distributor Handlers and DMS vendor to troubleshoot and support on DMS & SFA related issues
Support and work closely with Distributor Operation Manager on DMS & SFA development
Assist integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
Prepare guidelines, training materials and conduct training for users on supported systems, equipment, and applications;
Responsible for data maintenances, sales reports enhancement and updating sales related reports.
The incumbent working very closely with Sales & CSD team to provide system support and administration for Distributor Management System (DMS). He / She will liaise and work very closely with Distributor Operation Manager, Regional ITS on DMS, SFA and reporting tool (Power Business Intelligences). He / She will be main point of contact for all DMS related matters for coordination with the respective stakeholder (Nationwide Distributors Admins, SFA users/sellers, DMS vendor etc)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology/Management Information System or equivalent.
MS Office application skills
