To lead in developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies through O2O and D2C initiatives to meet companys financial targets & corporate objectives.
This role lead the negotiation with the future partnerships such as digital banks, government-link organisation like PTPTN on the implementation of business plan and/or initiatives as point of contact, with collaboration with PruBSN internal stakeholders to deliver products/solutions/propositions.
Extensive analytical and data processing skills, and operational knowledge, essential. Industrial experience, particularly in the context of the regulatory context in which we operate is greatly valued.
Customer Analytics & Reporting
Analyse customer & business data to generate insights to enhance customer experience, marketing program effectiveness and use of insight to make sound business decisions.
Support launch of customer & sales campaigns by customer leads segmentation & generation.
Drive predictive modelling, event-trigger campaigns to capture the moment of truth to enhance upsell & cross-sell effectiveness.
Drive use of data in different aspects of customer experience design
Strategic Partnerships
Lead the negotiation with the future partnerships such as digital banks, government-link organisation
Lead the performance and portfolio review for current partnerships inclusive EPF: performance insights, measurement of key deliverables and forecast of results, including formulation of actionable plans for performance improvement.
Lead data-driven initiatives: Customer segmentation and clustering, development of x-sell and up-sell model, prediction analysis
Analyze producing periodical management reports and provide strategies to management to meet companys growth objectives/ KPIs
Delivery Management
Lead the system management: to ensure the enhancements are according to business needs, including responsible on singing off the User Acceptance Test
Lead the stakeholders discussion in identifying operational flow and deliverables for the respective initiative
Lead the digital channel transformation inclusive current direct channel which sold through branches
Lead Management
Lead the delivery of company O2O ACE and customer acquisition via digital partnerships, campaigns and enhancement to operational process
Lead campaigns/initiatives management
Lead the operational efficiencies in leads distribution management
Marketing Initiatives
Responsible of maximising the ROI on the marketing budget.
Lead the initiatives with the digital marketing agency together with B&C
Lead the initiatives with strategic partners especially collaborate with EPF to support the marketing activities inclusive road show, training, etc.
