Job Description:
Work closely with the Directors and provide day-to-day assistance.
Handle all private secretarial and confidential matters for the Company.
Manage the day-to-day activities of the recruitment process.
Assist the Director in handling matters within the Director's responsibilities and follow up on relevant actions.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for the Director.
Support the Director and assist the management team to ensure efficient team operations.
Manage the Director's professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, and client management.
Perform administrative and office support tasks.
Support company events.
Occasionally perform receptionist duties and other ad-hoc tasks.
Assist the Director with various assignments as needed.
Plan and organize events, meetings, and social functions. Handle logistics and ensure all details are executed smoothly.
Job Requirements:
Male preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Mandarin proficiency is preferred).
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
Independent and mature, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Capable of working independently, multitasking, and handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
Willing to travel for work when necessary.
