Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and compile weekly and monthly reports for the Director.
- Gather necessary data and information from various departments.
Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and submitted on time.
Schedule and arrange meetings with managers and other stakeholders.- Coordinate meeting logistics, including venue, time, and necessary materials.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Follow up with managers on assigned tasks and project progress.
- Assist the Director in tracking and following up on pending tasks and deadlines.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and report any delays or issues to the Director.
Maintain and update the Director's calendar with meetings, appointments, and events.- Send reminders to the Director about upcoming meetings and important dates.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Director as needed.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the Director.
- Organize and maintain the Director's files and documents.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the Director's office.
Act as a liaison between the Director and other employees, clients, and stakeholders.- Facilitate clear and efficient communication within the organization.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
