Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and responsible of the day to day building operation in the area of front reception, housekeeping, security and maintenance.
Build & keep good relation to Restaurant / Bar Owner or Managers.- Maintain the highest standard of quality cleaning and maintenance in all apartments, building facilities and public area.
Maintain the highest standard of service to all tenant and any potential client in ensuing total guest satisfaction and best customer relationship.
- Conduct apartment viewing to potential tenant and building inspection by VIP visitor and maximize revenue by assisting in close sales to potential tenant.
Plan and prepare all staff assignment and working schedule including administration staff, housekeepers, technicians and building assistants.- Handle all major tenant complaints, emergency case or and any damage of apartment and building properties and follow up.
Plan and organize building year planner in major repair and maintenance schedule in all areas.
- Check and prepare annual building inventory report and assist in preparation of next year budget capital expenditure.
Prepares in close conjunction with the Executive Chef and department heads the F&B section of the business plan and monitors budget versus actual results during the financial year.- Plans and implements replacement of FF&E and OE in accordance with needs and available budget.
Ensures banquet, buffet set-ups and banquet function themes are creative and in accordance with the Amari brand image.
- Constantly seeks to profit engineer by monitoring cost of sales and implementing revenue-increasing products/programs/activities.
Prepares and implements the hotels F&B Marketing Plan.- Works together with the Executive Chef to ensure menus are cost effective and in accordance with trends and market demands.
Ensures any changes to an outlets dcor, menus etc. are in line with the outlets concept statement.
- Reviews all F&B outlets covers forecasts and ensures Team Members are scheduled accordingly.
Ensures all F&B departments operate in accordance with established standards.- Follows up on all Medailla feedback i.e. service recovery actions, improvement action plans.
Monitors and controls F&B inventories.
- Assists in the operation when necessary.
To ensure efficient operation, policies & procedure (P&P) and standard procedure (SOPs) in Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Kitchen, F&B and Spa.- Assist in all departments management, direction and performance with particular focus on Rooms Division, not only F&B division
Represent the hotel in absence of the General Manager
- To ensure and drive 5 stars customer service in all needs.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Management or Business in Hotel and Tourism.
- Possess at least 15 years experience in the Hospitality industry specializing in operational background.
Preferably candidate specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism services or equivalent.- Malaysian with excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (advantage).
Strong work ethics with high level of discretion.
- Must be goal orientated and possess ability to work in a team environment.
Open to only Malaysian.
