Job Summary
The Director of Sales will lead and drive the sales strategy, manage a high-performing sales team, and cultivate key client relationships to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
Requirement
- At least 3 years experience in hotel sales & marketing on similar role
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional language i.e., Mandarin or any local / international language is a definite advantage.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and support the sales team
