Job Description
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to align the department's goals with the overall company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of engineers to achieve operational excellence.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
- Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning analysis to ensure optimal resource utilization and meet production demands.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage capital projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure department performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the semiconductor, media, or solar manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
