The Successful Applicant
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in customer service
- Extensive experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector
- Immediate availability is strongly preferred
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required
