To lead and manage Southern Region agency force to achieve the overall productivity profitability and quality targeted by the Company.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
Responsible to lead and manage the overall Southern Malaysia Regional functions and activities by overseeing administrative, performance, compensations, initiatives to transform the agency and meet the Companys strategic and financial goals.
Drive the Futuready Agency, Future Segment, PruMDRT, PruForce initiatives for agencies in the region, thus building our Agency of the future and transforming the Agency business to the next level.
Ensure sustainable sales growth through MAPA strategies & Agency Segmentation growth in Manpower, Activity Ratio, Productivity and Average Case Size.
Identify and develop future full-time career Agent strategy by grooming new Agents to Agency leaders and grow the existing agency force.
Work with key stakeholders to proactively executing learning and development strategies for specific segments of the Agency, especially new agents; thus, building Futuready and MDRT-cultured Agency Leaders of our future.
Raise Agency manpower to sustain the future growth in the Companys Conventional Insurance Business and Agency Force. Continue to build a young, dynamic, and growing Agency Force.
Track and review Agency sales, recruitment, MAPA, and outcomes of strategic initiatives, weighing them against the set targets and business KPIs to determine the efficiency of sales initiatives; ensure agencies be supported with effective communication and problem-solving assistance through close working relationship and efficient business planning.
Ensure agencies are equipped with the latest updates on regulatory information or any other relevant industry related info towards achieving common objectives and enhancing the professionalism of the agency force.

Job Specification
Minimum Bachelors degree, relevant postgraduate or professional industry qualification or equivalent.
At least 12 years of experience and proven track record in agency business with significant success in managing agency force in both Life & Takaful Businesses, and other channels.
Strong track record of professional success in the insurance or sales-related position.
Exposure in managing agencys business including agency sales, recruitment.
Strong skills in strategic, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis to identify key business drivers or challenges to meet financial goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including being agile in a dynamic environment with ability to inspire the team.
Working knowledge of products, operations, risk, and compliance.
Highly motivated, influential, collaborative, positive with forward thinking and able to work independently and take a leadership in verity of projects.
