Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the academic program in alignment with ELS Language Centres standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage instructional staff to ensure high-quality teaching.
- Provide classroom instruction as necessary to support student learning.
- Maintain the instructional budget and manage educational resources effectively.
- Oversee student placement, testing, and evaluation processes.
- Organize class schedules for teachers and students.
- Welcome and orient new students to the academic program.
- Prepare and submit timely academic reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement strategies to enhance student retention and manage special programs as assigned.
- Ensure smooth centre operations in the absence of the Centre Director.

- Minimum of four years of teaching experience in ESL/EFL and at least two years in an administrative role overseeing educational activities.
