What you will do:
Conduct outbound calls to interested clients for financing.
Effectively follow up with prospects and communicate/update the manager/lead on the status.
Conduct know-your-customer (KYC) check on the prospects.
Compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents.
Record/update internal systems for any financing application.
Prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document.
Attend to prospect's or client's complaints or inquiries.
To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
Have passion for sales
Meticulous and deliver task within agreed time frame.
Able to work as a team and to work under pressure and extended hours, if required.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Other languages / dialect will be an advantage.
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
