Job Description
10+ years of experience managing complex digital transformation projects for deploying new digital platforms, migrating legacy interfaces and data integration.
Management of complex programs including stakeholder management, customer management, lead delivery planning and execution, governance, status reporting, risk and issues management and budget tracking
Meeting client deliverables with a high level of timeliness and accuracy
Track and manage project/portfolio budgets across all projects and identify opportunities for cost and process efficiencies
Monitor overall project delivery to ensure critical milestones are delivered on time and within budget in partnership with operations & other internal teams
Ensuring that the quality of the project's deliverables is acceptable, balancing this against time and quality
Coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful project deliverables within committed timelines
Drive business growth through high CSAT & NPS
Requirements
Experience delivering large transformation program for Banking & Financial Services customers in Malaysia region
Experience in managing large projects or programs with multiple projects or work streams operating in parallel with internal and external dependencies
Projects with significant third party dependencies and stakeholder management to align delivery timeframes and testing
Solid and demonstrable experience of successful project delivery across a number of project domains and environments
An ability to influence decision makers and drive change in the behavior of others
Articulate and able to communicate effectively
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
