  • About the Role

Overview In your role as Digital Operations Executive, you will help us continuously manage our digital operations and access for scalable web applications and e-commerce solutions. Youll be part of a cross-functional team thats responsible for the full software development life cycle. You should be comfortable around cloud infrastructure and access management of various applications. You should also be a team player with a passion for digital transformation.
  • Key Responsibility Areas:
Manage internal/external service accounts and access within the organization.
  • Ecommerce/website monitoring - Monitor and report website health and uptime.
Domain Management - Responsible for maintaining DNS records.
  • Email Service Management.
Integration Support; Support and troubleshoot issues reported with various integrations.
  • Ecommerce Payment gateway support and issue resolution - Coordinate issues with various payment gateways for timely resolutions.
Version Control - Maintain version control of various ecommerce plugins and services. Work with development team for timely upgrades.
  • Vendor Management - Maintain record of various vendors and PICs contact info.
Documentation - Create and maintain various technical documents & SOPs.
  • DevOps support for ecommerce and other websites.
  • Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT infra and services.
Personal attributes:
  • Expertise in documentation management.
Understands SDLC processes.
  • Working experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Salesforce.
Experience in AWS cloud services.
  • Software development skills will be an added advantage.
Tech Savvy, fast learner and flexible/open to try new things.
  • Languages: Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
