Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality, compelling content for various digital platforms including social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Lemon 8) websites, blogs, and email campaigns.- Produce multimedia content such as copywriting, videos, graphics, and animations that align with brand guidelines.
Write and edit clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly copy for digital channels.
Manage and grow social media channels by creating and curating engaging content.- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering community engagement.
Analyse social media metrics to optimise content and strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for campaigns and product launches.- Assist in planning and executing content calendars for promotional activities.
Brand Consistency:- Ensure all content reflects the brands voice, style, and tone consistently across all digital platforms.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content creation.Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyse content performance using digital analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to improve content strategy.
