Plan, strategize and execute all the social media & advertising. Manage Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc.
Able to operate and activate facebook ads and Google Ads.
Develop digital marketing plans and strategies, leveraging on (keyword optimisation, improvements on user experience, technical improvements), (paid search, keyword research), social media, and content marketing strategies.
Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.
Brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, product or services.
Leads and manage marketing department staff by providing tasks, objectives, strategies and projects.
Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience.
Oversee all marketing activities and/or materials, media advertising, website content and social media accounts.
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed, and programmes are delivered on time.
Create design concepts, graphics, video material and layout for promotional display on online marketing advertising & website
Manages the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans.
Provide marketing reports and data analytics of digital marketing reporting.
Responsible for doing surveys and other marketing strategies for social media channels
Any other ad-hoc duties to be assigned from time to time be required by the Director.
Job Requirements
Must possess at least SPM / personal qualification in Marketing or at least 2 years experience in digital marketing role or equivalent.
Creative, highly analytical and adept in proposing ideas and action plans.
Knowledge of public relations and branding.
Knowledge of social media marketing.
Computer literate, able to work independently, a proven team player, customer focused, results oriented, highly motivated, proactive, resourceful and forward thinking.
Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
Able to speak and write English & Mandarin.
Good presentation skills.
Good communication skills and possess the ability to converse well with others.
