Job Description

LILA is Malaysia's first Global sport brand and our Exogen technology is currently used by the very best athletes and programs on the planet including Paris St Germaine FC, Golden State Warriors, Malaysia Badminton and USA Track and Field. We are growing our USA focused commercial team and are hiring a passionate active and sporty individual for our new DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST Role. This initially will be on a contract/project basis for the first 6 months, for the candidate who has direct experience in managing a DTC platform from website management to campaign strategy, content creation and operational support. This is an awesome opportunity to test and grow yourself on a global level. Key Responsibilities

1.WEBSITE:

  • Maintain/upgrade/trouble-shoot the current e-commerce portal

2. MARKETING & SALES:

  • Drive and manage DTC Sales
  • Design and develop online communications
  • Manage all Socials content, development, partnerships and postings
  • Develop, deploy, manage, promotional campaigns and events
  • Manage marketing support staff and partners content team, (influencers, content creators, outsourced technical support)
  • Press releases and email marketing
  • Set and Achieve Targets and report on the above
  • Support on-the-ground sales team efforts as needed

3.OPERATIONS:

  • Manage and support online logistics systems
  • Manage and troubleshoot technical platforms and partners
  • Integrate with product and accounts team for the above

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications
  • 3-5 years successful experience in DTC digital marketing lead role
  • Relevant technical qualifications in Online social platforms, SEO, Google Ads, Meta
  • Technical web development and management skills and experience
  • Operations knowledge/experience in product support, 3PL, software and accounts
  • Exceptional track record in creativity and good judgement strategic planning
  • Positive work attitude, team minded and able to work independently.
  • English written and spoken first language.

Compensation (Negotiable)

  • RM5,000 -RM 7,000 Base salary range (negotiable for the right candidate)
  • 5-10% monthly sales commission (negotiable)
  • Quarterly Cash Bonus (based on sales)
  • Travel and Expense support (monthly)
  • A global growth and fulltime opportunity(6 month target for FT)
