What You Will Do
- Working with various stakeholders (Management, Sales & Marketing, advertising and marketing agencies) to set marketing goals and design campaigns.
- Monitor all digital marketing channels, keep track of performance of each channel and report them on a regular basis.
- Always be testing on keywords, headlines, copy etc. to optimise campaign performance.
- Understanding our customer base and the stock market investing domain to ensure relevance and practicality of marketing campaigns.
- Continually researching and collaborating with team members to determine design best practices, framework and technology for digital marketing.
- Build web forms, create sales pages, email autoresponder sequences (using popular web applications).
- Setup and maintain marketing automation systems.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to keep track of the important performance indicators.
- Increase page load speed by optimising page elements.
- Setup, analyse and optimise digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn.
- Setting up and maintaining Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion, Facebook conversion tracking etc.
What You Should Have
- At least minimum 2 -4 years experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
- 2 years experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion, Facebook conversion tracking etc
- 2 years experience in Build web forms, create sales pages, email autoresponder sequences (using popular web applications).
- An Analytical and logical thinker. Organised and able to set up and maintain framework, systems, and processes.
- Sensitive to numbers. Marketing is a strategic game of numbers, you must be able to keep track of every stage of the sales and marketing funnel by their numbers and use them to find opportunities to improve and weaknesses to address.
