Job Description:

Are you a creative and results-driven digital marketing professional passionate about crafting compelling campaigns ICA is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance our digital footprint, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, SEO).
• Manage and optimize social media channels, including content creation, community management, and paid advertising.
• Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for betterment of digital marketing purpose.
• Oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare and distribute samples to ICA's customer.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth, by visiting ICA's existing and future customers.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business / Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay, English and Chinese.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies (added advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
