The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving growth through various online paid channels by optimising campaigns, analysing data, and scaling high-performing strategies. You will focus on ROI-driven marketing efforts, leveraging paid media channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and others to meet business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, and other display networks
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid search and social campaigns to maximise performance
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to boost conversions
- Analyse campaign data regularly to evaluate performance and identify trends
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA and ROAS
- Use tools like Google/Meta Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and other attribution platforms to track performance
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating spend across channels to maximise ROI
- Ensure that campaigns stay within budget while meeting performance goals
- Create regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
- Present campaign performance and strategies to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for scaling successful campaigns
- Manage and maintain the company's owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
- Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive conversions
- Explore and test new channels or strategies to drive growth
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and business objectives
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused creative assets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- More than 3 years of experience in digital marketing; prior experience in the EdTech/Education industry or agency experience will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Tiktok Ads
- Strong understanding of SEM, SEO and social media strategies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Good understanding of the Singapore education landscape is required
- Strong command of written English
