Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing online marketing campaigns for our clients, analyzing data, optimizing marketing strategies, and enhancing brand influence and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing plans, including social media marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), etc.
Analyze marketing data, monitor and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and provide improvement suggestions
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging marketing content
Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs
Manage and optimize the company's social media accounts
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
Excellent data analysis skills, able to identify issues from data and propose solutions
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Creative thinking, able to propose innovative marketing ideas
Good time management skills, able to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an advertising agency is preferred
Content creation skills are a plus
Understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
