Job Purpose:
The Digital Performance Specialist will be responsible for driving growth through effective performance marketing strategies. This role focuses on optimizing online campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI for clients, and delivering data-driven insights to improve digital marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Performance Marketing Campaigns:
Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation for campaigns.
2.Analytics & Optimization:
Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to enhance effectiveness.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and create detailed reports for internal teams and clients.
3.Audience Targeting:
Use data to define target audiences and segment them for effective marketing efforts.
Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytical platforms to refine audience targeting and improve results.
4.Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all marketing materials are optimized for performance.
Coordinate with the account management team to understand client goals and ensure campaign alignment.
Liaise with external vendors and platforms to stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies.
5.Staying Up-to-Date:
Keep abreast of industry developments, trends, and best practices in digital performance marketing.
Explore new digital marketing opportunities and platforms to expand the agency's service offerings.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2.Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel.
3.Strong communication skills to effectively report on performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
4.Knowledge of programmatic advertising, retargeting, and affiliate marketing is a plus.
