Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads.
Manage and optimize digital campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including the design, copywriting, and segmentation of email campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports to the management team.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices in the real estate industry.
Assist in the development and execution of content marketing strategies.
Maintain and update the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.
Experience in content creation and graphic design.
Familiarity with real estate market trends in Malaysia.
Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Malay, Chinese) is an advantage.
