Job Description

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and market differentiation.
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Collaborate with senior management to define marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Set clear objectives and performance metrics for team members, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional development

  • Brand Management and Positioning:
  • Develop and maintain the companys brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Implement brand guidelines and standards across all marketing initiatives to uphold brand integrity.
  • Monitor brand performance and reputation, and develop strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.

  • Digital Marketing and Campaign Management:
  • Oversee digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Optimize digital channels and platforms to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline marketing processes and enhance customer relationships.

  • Content Development and Marketing Collateral:
  • Lead the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and multimedia content.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce highquality marketing collateral that resonates with target audiences.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including ROI, KPIs, and other metrics.
Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate marketing performance, trends, and actionable insights.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer service) to align marketing strategies with business goals and initiatives.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools, materials, and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion.

  • Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of marketing experience.
  • At least 2 years experience as marketing manager or equivalent role.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing and developing a diverse marketing team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Willingness to travel especially during marketing events
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
  • Established contacts in media

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
