Able to create, develop and expands dynamics content of social media platform, e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Organize, develop and implement the effective marketing communication campaigns.
Establish and develop marketing communications collaterals which include magazines, brochures, banners, tent cards, posters, press advertisements, packaging and uniform design
Accomplish projects from initial concept to final execution (FA).
Liaise and organize with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources for all marketing activities to make sure the materials are finalized as optimal output.
Responsible for photography and video shoot for both internal and external events.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Managing all marketing campaigns related to both digital marketing and on ground events.
Plan and execute the marketing communications plan to internal and external parties.
To manage all kinds of social media digital marketing and advertising campaigns to generate leads or inquiries across multiple channels.
Manage multiple social media accounts, planning on social media content and scheduled the posting.
Copywriting for all social media and online post for promotion and events. Organize, execute and monitor communication campaigns (social media, on-ground, etc.), and marketing events.
Administer and manage communication channels (website, social media page, e-newsletter, ATL and BTL), content and engagement.
Establish and maintain close relationship with associates such as principles, media, KOL & the public.
Manage and liaise with designers, vendors, business partners and business units to deliver marketing communications plan and promotional materials.
Manage and liaise with advertising agency for all communication materials and events management.
Analyze, monitor and measure marketing activity effectiveness and track performance.
Work closely with other internal departments to explore, collaborate, execute marketing events, activities, and execution to ensure a successful campaign.
Any other special projects, tasks, and duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Business or its equivalent.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom/ Canva
Video editing or web designing skills will be an advantage.
Proficient in social media and IT skills
Good organizational and communication skills.
Positive attitude to work, meticulous and attentive to detail.
Highly creative, technically-inclined and unafraid to propose breakthrough ideas and follow through.
Good team player that has the company's goal in mind and constantly works toward it.
Ability to work with deadlines and multiple on-going projects.
