Job Responsibility
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products or services. This individual will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Develop And Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Create, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage the companys social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Content Creation And Management
- Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure content is informative and appealing.
SEO And SEM
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO).
- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) on Google, Bing, and social media platforms.
Email Marketing
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement emails.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Analytics And Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies.
Market Research
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide analysis and insights.
Collaborate With Internal Teams
- Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to align marketing strategies and achieve company goals.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.

- Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends).
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
