Job Responsibility
Ad Campaign Management: Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling ad copy and creative content to drive engagement and conversions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Platform Operations: Operate and monitor ad platforms, ensuring optimal account performance.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategy improvements.
- Reporting: Regularly generate and present reports on campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising operations, with proven success in managing campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: Proficiency in digital ad platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram Ads.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Creative Thinking: Innovative with a keen understanding of market trends.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with strong collaboration abilities.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Design Skills (Optional): Basic Photoshop skills are an advantage.
